The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Travel Ghumlo India Pvt. Ltd. & “you” “yours” and “your” refers to the customer visiting our website, this website user & otherwise using our services.

These terms and conditions are applicable to the usage of the (“Ghumlo India Pvt. Ltd.” by you. The website is for your education and information and is also used by us to obtain feedback with a view to providing information and services with respect to the tour and travel industry.

These terms govern your use of all Content, Products, or Services available through our website. You agree to be bound by these terms and to use the Site in strict compliance with all applicable laws, rulings, and regulations, and in a manner that does not negatively reflect on our goodwill or reputation of us.

Our liabilities & limitations:

Our company accepts liability for those arrangements for your holiday, which are wholly within our control, However, we would like to draw attention to the following circumstances, which fall outside our direct control or where for some reason we are not prepared to accept any claim/ liability.

The Company shall, in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person traveling with him or her for Any death, personal injury, insurance, sickness accidents, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss, and/or damage or theft howsoever caused;

Any act, omission, or default of any independent contractor or other person or by any servant or agents employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, the carriage facility, or service for the client or for any person traveling with him howsoever caused. Our Company is unable to take liability for commercial arrangements out of our control such as natural disasters, industrial disputes, the reason of threat or war, riots, curfew, pandemic, civil strife, terrorist activities, technical problems to the transport, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, structural or other defective conditions in hotels or other lodging facilities, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart timely or safely, diseases and dangers associated with or bites from animals, pests or insects, marine life or vegetation of any sort, dangers incident to recreational activities such as swimming, kayaking, sailing, canoeing, rafting, hiking, walking, bicycling, etc., sanitation problems, food poisoning, lack of access to or quality of medical care, difficulty in evacuation in case of a medical or other emergency, illness, epidemics or the threat thereof or for any other cause beyond the direct control of  extreme weather conditions, closure of the airports and seaports and similar event out of our control, or are due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond company control.

Update :

Our website/booking conditions are updated from time to time. The website/booking conditions which will apply to your trip are those on our website at the time of booking. There may be additional terms & conditions which apply to our special offers, promotions, and discounts from time to time. These will be notified to you at the time of booking should you inform us that you would like to take advantage of them. 

Right, to Change the Price :

We can change your tour package/holiday/flight price after you've booked but only in certain circumstances: Changes in the price of the carriage of passengers resulting from changes to the cost of fuel or other power sources, the level of taxes or fees imposed by third parties including tourist taxes, landing taxes or embarkation or disembarkation fees at ports and airports peak season, weekend, Blackout days (15 December to 10 January of every year), delays in receiving payments, promo offer, sudden changes in the itinerary, Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines, etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes, the rates quoted before the modification can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. exchange rates mean that the price of your travel arrangements may change after you have booked or delayed payment as per the below payment policy.

Right, to Cancel the Tour :

Ghumlo India reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour package, in part or in whole, at any time prior to the commencement of the tour or a particular part of the tour, as the case may be, for any reason including but not limited to the act of God, the act of man whether or not unforeseen and/or unexpected, etc. In all such cases, the refund will be processed according to the Cancellation policy of Ghumlo India as applicable at that specific point in time.

Payment Policy :
The payment policy of our company is very simple and straightforward. The Payment policy applies once your reservation or booking has been confirmed. A confirmed reservation means as soon as you have secured your reservation by providing your money transfer or another payment disbursement on the cost that is mutually agreed upon for the requested travel package or service. In case for some reason, the price confirmed in the e-mail doesn't correspond with your understanding, please do allow us to know and contact us right away.

1-Buyer can book the land package at any token amount. But a minimum of 40% payment must be deposited within 3 to 7 days.

2-Minimum 40% amount must be paid, to proceed with the bookings.

3-Remaining 40% amount must be paid after receiving a few place's hotel confirmations.

4-Rest of the 20% amount must be paid on the first day of arrival.

5-In case of Flight / Train / Bus booking must be paid the full payment on the same day & same hours.

6-Minimum 70% amount must be paid on the same day. If the travel date is within 3 to 15 days.

7-You can make your payments using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, or deposit cash to the company's current account or smart payment options, like authorized payment gateway, Google Pay/ Phone Pay /Paytm wallets only.

8-If anybody buying the package directly from the website must be fully deposited. 

Still, the company reserves the right to make a decision upon the amount that needs to be paid as advance money, according to the type of services as well as the time left over for the commencement of your services. Besides the terms mentioned above all the bookings beginning during the peak season, a 100% amount must be paid to us on package confirmation.

 

Rights to amend the itinerary if required

All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or even after the commencement of the tour. We reserve the right to all or parts or contents of the itinerary or any schedule in the interest of the trip participants' safety, comfort & general well-being.

  1. The itinerary may be modified based on various factors like weather, road conditions, the maintenance of historical monuments, museums, and major events like sports conventions, religious festivals, etc. we can change the departure date or cancel a departure due to unforeseen reasons and will not take any responsibility for any ticket of the customer which they may have purchased in advance for the sector within India or abroad.
  2. Individuals are responsible for the adherence of time at all stages of the tour. In the event that a customer misses any part of the sightseeing tour or any such tour due to a delay on his part, he will not be entitled to claim/ refund of the same.
  3. ghumloindia.live further reserves the right to amend, alter, vary, or withdraw any particular departure; excursions advertised, or substitute a hotel of similar category if deemed necessary. For the convenience of our customers, we may sometimes amend/alter the itinerary, however, all services will remain the same.
  4. After confirming the holiday package booking, passengers can amend/change their booking like travel dates within the 7 days, accommodation category, or travel arrangements by sending an e-mail to us.
  5. No amendment requests will be accepted once bookings are finalized by the reservation team.
  6. For any amendments/changes in flight bookings, must contact directly with airline customer support. ghumloindia.live is not responsible for the same
  7. Similarly, for any amendments and changes in the holiday package bookings, ghumloindia.live will follow the cancellation policy of the hotel and the land service providers involved in the booking process.
  8. A service amendment fee may be chargeable once the booking is confirmed. The amendment fee varies as per the travel arrangement service.
  9. All costs incurred due to the amendment of any of the above issues will be borne by the individual himself/herself.

Availability and Services :
Many products and services displayed on the Site may not be available for booking in your location or country. So, the reference to any such products and services on the site does not imply your particular geographical location.  Holiday packages/products and services also are subject to availability and the company is not responsible if any holiday package /product is unavailable or sold out.

Each  Holiday package /product and service offered by the website may be governed by the rules and regulations of the respective service provider. You are requested to refer to their rules and regulations as well, before booking with us.

If you are not happy with the vehicle/driver/ hotel. do not board/check-in and you must bring it to the notice of our customer service. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision, this can be possible only during in-office hours. And if you board/check-in once or booked another without information from our team, we can not change that, you will have to compromise with the same without creating any issues. Anything that arises due to these sudden changes, the company will not be liable to pay, and cancellation/refund/adjust not be entertained.

Check-in / Check-out --Early or Late-:

Please note that the standard check-in (12 pm) / Checkout time (12 pm) in most hotels is 1200 Hrs.IST) or it may differ We always request to confirm with the hotel/camp/boat one day before the check-in /check-out date. Therefore the cost of early check-in or late check-out is not included in the tour cost. We can always make a request for early check-in or late checkout if required but we do not guarantee that that entirely depends upon the availability of the room policy hotel/camp/houseboat.

Traveling with children:-

  1. The airfare, as well as the land component for the holiday package, would be determined as per the age of the infant or child on the date of return to the home destination after the tour.
  2. Child fare is based on sharing the room with two adults.
  3. Child policy differs from hotel to hotel. Before booking the tour package, all passengers must verify and understand the same to avoid price-related issues.
  4. A child traveling with two adults on the ‘without a bed’ charge package will not be entitled to a separate bed or rollover and breakfast, based on the hotel policy. If any of these are services required for the child, please contact the hotel directly. It will be at a supplement cost charged by the respective hotel.
  5. Children from 11 years onward shall be charged an adult fare and those aged between 6 to 10 years shall be charged half fare & for 0 to 5  Years kids will not be charged (But we will not give any separate seats or beds, milk, food, etc.). when the itinerary cost includes air travel, the age depends on the airfare policy.

 

Airfare / Flight:-

  1. Tour/Package, prices do not include National/international or other airfare unless expressly mentioned in the Tour’s descriptions. Our company will quote the best price available for the travel dates requested at the time the quote is prepared. Quotes provide an estimate only and are not a firm price commitment by our company.

  2. Please consult the air carrier’s applicable terms and conditions and conditions of carriage for complete information including applicable cancellation terms. ghumloindia.live is not responsible for changes in air itineraries or flight times and does not provide advice or alerts regarding air travel tickets, flight status, or delays

  3. Flight ticket cancellation / Refund is strictly in accordance with Airline’s cancellation/Refund policies

  4. Ghumlo India will not be responsible for any Loss of Baggage / Loss of Belongings / Broken Baggage at the Airport or anywhere else

  5. Any booking related to flight tickets will be booked on real-time price basis. Ghumlo India will not hold any Air ticket on confirmed basis without final payment of the air tickets share. As airfares are extremely dynamic in nature, any difference in cost that arises during acknowledgment and issuance of the ticket will be taken care of by the Client.

  6. Flight timings are to be kept into consideration while reaching the airport. Ghumlo India shall not be responsible for any incidence where the client is not able to reach the airport / Board the flight due to any reason of personal nature, Insufficient time duration in connecting flights, or any other reason related to the airline’s governance like – Delay in Flight, Change in timing / Overbooking by Airline or any another factor.

Hotel :-

  1. In case of unavailability of rooms in given Hotels due to any unexpected scenario, alternate accommodation arrangements will be made in similar standard available Hotels.

  2. Room occupancy will strictly be in accordance with the one confirmed at the time of booking.

  3. Check-in and check-out timings of Hotels are different and based on the regulations/Policies of local Hotel unions of the concerned region/City or general trend of the market. These will be specified at the time of quotation/communication.

  4. In the case of a Triple sharing room, a rolling mattress will be provided for the third person. Occupancy regulations for Family rooms and other Club rooms will be in accordance with Hotel’s policy.

  5. Availability of rooms, given at the time of Quotation, will be on a real-time basis and final availability will be shared at the time of confirmation of package. Ghumlo India will not hold any services in the confirmed state, at the quotation stage.

  6. We consider the star category of the hotel as per ''The Star Union group of the hotels ''.or as well as google

  7. Alleppey Houseboat (Kerala) standard check-in time is 11 am & check-out timing is 9 am. The respected guests are responsible to reach there on time.

Meals:-

  1. The menus for all meals are pre-set. We cannot provide a special meal, it depends on the hotelier or restaurant.
  2. If the customer does not avail of the meals (as offered in the menu) for any reason attributable to the customer, then no claim can be made for the unutilized.
  3. Special meals like Gala night dinner mostly arranged by the hotel on 31 December may be chargeable and the customer will have to bear the charges over and above the tour/package cost.
  4. Breakfast will be served the day after check-in & dinner will be served the same day if paid booked & timing depends on the hotel policy.
  5. Every Hotel & Restaurant, Bar's always chosen the best chef still you don't like their food /tea /coffee /taste/quality and quantity, etc. ghumloindia.live is not liable for the same.
  6. After having food/drink/tea/milk etc. if you faced any medical critical problem We suggest contact with nearby health clinics first but the Company is not liable for any claim or pay.

Taxi Services / Transfers:-

In many cases, we provide services of third parties, or our Services in conjunction with that of third parties. In those cases, the following conditions apply: We provide such services subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations imposed by those third parties. If those third parties change, suspend or stop providing such services, we may similarly change, suspend or stop providing the Services to you without notice. We may nevertheless endeavor to provide such a Service in another way or by using another third party. You authorize us to provide any of your Personal Information (as defined in our Privacy Policy) to those third parties to the extent that it may be necessary to enable the third parties and ourselves to provide the services to you. To the extent that there is a conflict between the third party's Terms and Conditions and these Terms, these Terms will prevail.

  1. The vehicle will not be allocated on the leisure day (day free for relaxation)
  2. There are some monuments/areas, restricted for Vehicle entrance by the local authorities. In any such case, the Vehicle will drop you till the nearest possible point and further arrangements will have to be managed by the Client.
  3. When we say that your transport (arrivals, departures, and sightseeing) will be on a ‘seat-in-coach basis’, we mean that a comfortable van/bus/ coach will be provided to you depending upon the total number of arrivals. Please note we will be clubbing passengers arriving around a similar time and dropping at various hotels. In case you don't approve of the same, we recommend you to book a private vehicle at a supplement cost.
  4. The customer needs to avail of the SIC from the scheduled pick-up point at the scheduled time. Ghumloidia.com is not responsible if the pick-up is missed due to a customer’s delay.
  5. On tours, air-conditioned/air-cooled/non-air-conditioned vehicles are used for transfer purposes including local sightseeing tours. There are no seat numbers allocated and the customers shall follow the instructions of the Tour Manager in this regard.
  6. Please note that the air-conditioner will not work in high hills. Also, sometimes due to extreme weather conditions the same may not seem to be very effective.
  7. In case the customer is carrying any valuable personal items, it is advisable not to leave them behind at the time of disembarking/ leaving the coach. Ghumloindia.live will not be held responsible or liable in case of loss of such items from the coach. All baggage and personal goods are at all times and in all circumstances, the responsibility of the customer.
  8. Any damage caused to the vehicle during travel because of the actions of the customer (willful/negligent), shall be payable by the customer, and Ghumloindia.live will, in no manner whatsoever, be liable for the same.
  9. The drivers of the vehicles are bound by specific rules like maximum driving hours within a day/during a week, rest period per day/week, etc. Customers will have to strictly adhere to the prescribed timetable for the day so that the driver can complete the travel. In case, any of the sightseeing schedules is missed due to delays caused by the customer, the same will not be refunded to the customer under any circumstances. The vehicle will be provided as per group size.
  10. The company will not be responsible for any defect in the coach or in the Air-conditioner / air-cooler or for the behavior of the driver or the attendant (applicable for the seat in the coach as well as private vehicles).
  11. If any mishappening due to any circumstances happened during the journey due to technical issues (Taxi / Cab / Vandor and Hotel Natural calamity), Ghumlo India is not liable to pay/compensation.
  12. If taxi/vendor & hotel services are not up to the mark in that situation if the client will book or change the taxi or hotel personally without any written intimation to the concerned team then Ghumlo India is not liable for any pay/compensation.
  13. If Cab breaks down between the journey and the client missed the flight/train / Job. Ghumlo India is not liable for any pay / delay / damage / compensation.
  14. Additional sightseeing or transfer which are not mentioned in the itinerary is payable to the driver
  15. The vehicle provided during the tour will not be on disposable basis. Any travel, after the activity decided on the tour will not be permitted. Late evening / late night drive apart from the designed plan will be prohibited
  16. The vehicle provided during the tour will follow the tour plan specified in the itinerary. Driver in any way will not have deviated from the specified / common route.
  17. The vehicle will be provided for local sightseeing standard time is 10:00 am to 7:00 pm or depending on local/third-party service providers/vendors.
  18. Any entrance fees, monument fees, or any other activity charges, including but not limited to charges in relation to parking, transportation, tolls, taxes, camping, admission, meals, etc. will not be included in the package until and unless so specified specially in the inclusion section.

Additional terms-:

Additional Terms may apply when you Purchase Products or Services, or when you participate in special promotions or offers. For example, airlines have contracts of carriage, hotels have cancelation policies, and promotions are subject to rules. These additional terms are found in the area of the Site where you will Purchase a Product or Service, or where you will register for a special promotion.

You agree to abide by the terms and conditions imposed by any Provider, including payment of the entire amount when due, and comply with all rules and restrictions regarding the availability of Products or Services.

Responsible party-:

You are fully responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your User Name as well as Password. This is necessary to protect the confidentiality of any information that may be stored in the My Account tab. In addition, you will be financially accountable for all use of our Site by yourself and anyone using your password and login information.

Copy, distribution, or sale-:

You can download, display or print some portion of the content. If you do so, you cannot modify the content in any way. You cannot copy, reproduce, upload, post, republish, display, transmit, or distribute any part of the content from our website. Reservations, booking, and purchases-:

You agree to follow the terms & conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier with whom you choose to deal. A supplier who is an Air Carrier is required to make available to the public the terms of its contract of carriage, and we make available the fare rules for all Air Carrier tickets before purchase.

Payment and confidentiality-:
