When you purchase something from our website/store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

We use Cashfree & Razor pay for processing payments. We/Razor pay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payments. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.
Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

In case you feel that the product (trip) received is not as shown on the site or as per your discussion, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team, after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. And If you or any member of your party wishes to cancel your holiday, you must notify us in writing only, in any case, the date of cancellation will be at the date on which notice is received by Our Company. As this incurs administrative cost and retention charges by the hotel, the cancellation charges will apply on the following scale:

In case you cancel the package or trip after commencement, The cancellation would be restricted.
For any train or flight tickets involved, the cancellation will be applicable as per the supplier cancellation policy at the time of booking. The company has the right to collect an appropriate reversal charge.
Some booked fares (discounted price) may be non-cancellable as per the specific airline's /hotel policy.
All the wildlife & desert safaris booked into any of Indian Wildlife National Parks/Sanctuaries or other sources and honeymoon arrangements, Ferry, and Helicopter tickets are non-cancellable. Even date change requests will be considered as a cancellation and no payment will be refunded/ adjusted against it.
Due to changes in the number of people, if you cancel the package after confirmation of the token amount. whatever the price was finalized will have to be paid. and cancellation not be entertained.
Wallet amount once used for any transaction the remaining amount in the wallet cannot be refunded to your bank account. However, can be used for future bookings with us.
Ghumlo India will process the refund only after getting cancellation request from the customer through written email.
